I. Introduction
Insta360 Community Forum is a platform for users of Insta360 cameras to communicate with each other. You can use this community to share your experience with Insta360 cameras with each other. In doing so, we hope you can help Insta360 better understand your experiences so we can continually improve our products and services.
Thank you for being a part of the Insta360 community. In order to prevent disputes, please follow the rules below. Registering as a user of the Insta360 community means that you have read, understood and accepted all the following terms. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Insta360 team at insta360community@insta360.com.
II. Regulations on Posts
1. Users' comments and content in the community (including but not limited to text, pictures, audio and video) must not violate local laws and regulations or the Insta360 Community Forum rules.
2. Users are prohibited from posting any content that maliciously defames Insta360 and its products or spreads unfounded rumors.
3. Users are prohibited from posting any content that personally attacks, insults or spreads malicious rumors about other users.
4. We do not allow posts or links to sites that are sexual in nature or violate Insta360 Community Forum standards. The Insta360 team shall be the sole arbitrator of what does and what does not violate community standards.
5. Users are prohibited from posting any content that violate others' intellectual property rights.
6. Spamming, advertising, or trolling is not allowed. This includes using the forum, email, comments, photos, videos and private message systems to spam other members.
7. Please do not post or comment the same content repeatedly.
III. Regulations on Usernames and Avatars
1. Offensive or inflammatory usernames or avatars are not allowed.
2. Avatars that may be confused with public figures or celebrities are not allowed.
3. Use of the Insta360 logo in avatars is not allowed.
IV. Regulations on Advertising
1. It is forbidden to post to boards or to send any private messages or emails to other users that advertise any products, services, funds or donations. This includes anything that may compete with any Insta360 products.
2. Explicit advertising and soliciting in user signatures is prohibited.
3. You should never give out your Insta360 account number or password to anyone, and you should not disclose server logins and/or passwords to anyone except through the Insta360 support system. We can not take responsibility if you disclose this information.
V. Reporting Suspected Piracy of Insta360
1. Do not post suspected piracy of Insta360 products, designs or logos on these forums. If you suspect that a user is plagiarizing Insta360, please email the full URL to the post page (not the site's home page) to insta360community@insta360.com.
2. All sites sent to this email address will be added to our anti-piracy database and will be investigated. The name of the person submitting the report will always remain confidential.
3. We will be unable to respond with whether this site is properly licensed or not, or our actions, for privacy reasons.
4. Third-party platforms may not repost content of the Insta360 Community Forum without the authorization of the original poster.
VI. Consequences of Breaking Rules
1. Breaking any of these rules may lead to deletion of posts as well as the suspension or termination of user accounts and privileges.
2. If your account has been terminated/banned, any further accounts created by the same user will be immediately terminated.
3. We reserve the rights to edit and delete offensive comments and posts. While these rules cover most common situations, we cannot anticipate everything. Consequently we reserve the right to take any actions we deem appropriate to ensure these forums are not disrupted or abused in any way.
VII. Limitation of Liability
1. The administrators of Insta360 Community Forum reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread for any reason without any liabilities.
2. A prior notice will be posted in the forum if there is a system maintenance or upgrades. Insta360 will not be responsible for any loss or damage, of any kind, direct or indirect, in connection with or arising from hardware failure or force majeure, including but not limited to, compensatory, consequential, incidental, indirect, special or punitive damages.
3. We may collect user profile information, but it will only be retained for Insta360’s use, and will not be disclosed to anyone without the user’s permission.
4. Although the administrators and staff of the Insta360 Community Forum will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this forum, it is impossible for us to review all messages at all times. All messages express the views of the author. Neither the administrators of the Insta360 Community Forum, nor Insta360 will be held liable for the content of any message. Use of the forum is at your own risk.
5. The Insta360 Community Forum is fully run and owned by Insta360 and we reserve the right to update and modify these rules as the needs of the community dictate to ensure the smooth operation of this community.
