Bug reporting on insta360 studio 2020

I don't know if this is the right place to report bugs, but I have discovered a couple in the windows insta360 studio for windows, when exporting in H264 the slider for bitrate seems to work backwards, the default for export displays 75Mbps, at that point it exports at around 25Mbps, if you run the slider up for a higher bitrate, it actually reduces the export even more. Lowering it makes the exported bitrate higher.

The second is the transitions, the "Slip in fade out" and the "Slip in Slip out" seem to be doing each others transtions.
