Can not connect insta360 one x to any of may phone

I purchased insta360 one x 5 months back and first wifi was working properly but suddenly now it's now showing and disabled in insta360 I tried different device and different methods but no luck, people online say they've same issue and problem is WIFI module error and its hardware fault in insta360.

please help
