Whereto can I upload images and video's?

In the App I can only select upload to the community (don't know the difference between what exactly happens when you click on the Insta360 icon or on the 'chain' icon) and Whatsapp. I would like to upload to my Dropbox account or a file share available on my phone (ssh to local fileserver). Where can I find which options are available?
