Problem with insta 360 studio app for Mac

Hi Folks,

So I purchased my Camera this week and I'm shooting 360 but there is a big problem when I edit the video. the video is lagging horrobily and I ccouldn't edit it at all, I'll attach screenshots of the video metadate and hopefuly I find help here!

Note:

I use MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2012)

16GB RAM and SSD 512GB storage.

MacOs Catalina (10.15.7 (19H2)
