4K module Video quality question

I am very new to 360 (or any) video creation.

Tried out creating this video with the 4K module and the quality came up not very good. looks like very patchy and resolution is pretty bad.

Looking for some ideas form the community on what type of settings should I play with to make it better..

I used the Insta 360 mobile app on an Android phone (Xiaomi Mi11).

For youtube upload and export setting s, I used 4K settings.
