App with battery life

I’m using an iPhone 11 and notice that whenever I use the insta360 app it drains my battery very quickly.

I understand this may be normal due to editing footage,etc on my phone.

Just curious if anyone experiences the same or if you change any settings on the iPhone-app to improve the battery life while using it
