Video Editors...

I ordered a GO2 and in preperation was getting familiar with the software. The Studio 2021 is straight forward enough and needed in order to set camera angle and FlowState. Beyond that another editor is needed in order to do basic things like titles.

In my search to find a free editor I saw many people reccomend Davinci Resolve. I downloaded this and started using it. It is a VERY full featured editor. After playing with it for a day I found I really liked it accept for one thing. The free version doesn't export in H.265. I really want this as it creates much higher quality videos at the same or slightly smaller than H.264.

I then found another free video editor (VSDC) that does do h.265. I've been playing with it today. Although it's not as professional as Davinci Resolve it has pretty much everything. I might even spring for the pro version for $19 to get the hardware acceleration.

My workflow will be to export out of Studio in ProRes and then export out of VSDC in H.265
