Connect ONE X2 via Bluetooth?

The ONE X2 only appears in my Wi-Fi list on my iphone 8. Never in the Bluetooth list. I would prefer to control the camera via Bluetooth instead of wi-fi. In order for me to use the app to control the camera I must disconnect from my home network with my cable provided internet access. Internet via cell connection is non existent at my location. Therefore I have no internet connection on my iphone when using camera.
