Export Problem for using the insta360 studio

Hello All,

I have problem about using the insta360 studio while using my window 10 destop. When I finish editing the insta360 video and start to export

in mp4 file. After finish the export the file, the VID.mp4 file can play the sound only and didn't see any image.

Would you please help to advise that what's the problems ? thanks.
