Insta360 ONE R audio echoing and stuttering

Hi Everyone,

I seem to have a problem when viewing the videos on my phone or on the editing software. It seems to echo and/or stutter. If I save the file to my phone the echo or stuttering seems to go away. Unfortunately, transferring it to the phone downgrades the file. Does anyone know what may be causing the hardware to behave this way? I thought it was a transfer speed issue at first, but now I'm not so sure.
