App Music/Soundtrack Copyright Question

Dear Insta360 Team,

a big thank you for the great App Update! It is getting better and better!

I have a question regarding the background music which is offered in the INSTA360 app for using in own created videos.

It is mentioned that the music is only for private use and not for commercial use. My question is: It is ok to upload videos which contains this music on my own Youtube channel? It is a Youtube channel with far less than 1k subscribers but it could be that this channel might exceed 1k subscribers one day.
