I bought the new Insta360 EVO but cannot activate it

1. I turn in WiFi and Bluetooth on my phone, load Insta360 eva app, run it.

2. Connect to camera via WiFi successfully

3. The I have been asked to switch to WiFi that can connect to internet so I connect my home WiFi.

4. Press Activate

5. I got the message "Please maintain camera connection and network connectivity during activation -14033(-14033)

My phone is Huawei 10 Mate Pro that is listed as a compatible device.

Could you recommend how to solve this problem ? Is the camera defected ?
