Green Screen in Studio 2020

I need help!!!

I recorded a video clip yesterday and want to edit the footage on my MacBook Pro using Insta360 Studio 2020, but for some weird reason the screen shows green even though the thumbprint in the top left shows the clip...

Any help really appreciated...

Note: I have unchecked ALL codec boxes in settings.
