One R reset

Is there a reset procedure for the One R and if so what is it? When I got the twin edition it worked good but now video is grainy and blurry with either 4K or 360 modules. I mostly leave settings alone but with firmware updates and fidgety touch screen, who knows. I'd like to start over with a clean slate.
