Insta360 Studo not responding

I downloaded the 2020 software to my computer after deleting the 2019 version When I went to open it all I get is a white screen and a message after 15 seconds on the top bar "Not Responding" I had no problem before that. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. Does anyone know what I need to do to get it to work?
