Insta360 Studio - Timeshift Support?

We recently purchased the One R for our son.

Two problems, the camera application is on his phone, so I edit videos on a MacBook and...

1) Where is the "official" cable that the documentation describes here?

2) Insta360 Studio seems to lack in editing features that can be found on the phone - or am I overlooking it.

For Example "Timeshift"... In Studio the entire video can be speed up or down but not specific sections of the video, at least not that we can find. Is there a 3rd party alternative to editing or a timeline on when timeshift will be supported within Studio?
