Trying to use Insta360 One X as a Webcam - Grey Screen

Hi - I am hoping someone else has encountered this same issue and found a solution:

I am running Win 10... I have the Webcam software installed and activated. I have my Insta360 One X connected via the USB cable that came with it. My camera is turned on - in U Disk mode. I start a Zoom call and switch to the "Insta360 Virtual Camera" and the source appears grey.

Suggestions?
