Insta360 Go Battery Drain Issue

Hello Insta Team,

I've seen this issue posted in the reddit forums but I wanted to bring it here as well. My Insta360 Go's battery drains (case and cam) by itself all the time, why? It's not isolated to just me I've seen other users complain. I thought after a few firmware updates the issue would go away and its still happening. The camera that I'm supposed to just pick up and use on the fly never has power which kinda sucks. Please tell me what details are needed from me in order to address this issue?
