Insta 360 GO 2 Repair service

I had purchased the Insta 360 Go 2 Camera while in USA, now I'm residing in India and I want to send my Go 2 camera to Hong Kong center for Repair/Replacement. The insta 360 support team booked DHL pick up to my address, but the invoice for Pickup had the export request as 'Gift' and the DHL guy told I cannot send a Gift as Individual to Company, since it's a repair request I need to book the DHL with the request as 'Repair and Replacement'. I was also asked to provide Purchase proof, but the DHL invoice had mentioned the product price as 25$. I'm not sure if this would cause any customs issue as the product price in Proof of purchase document is ~250$.

This is really frustrating. Has anybody able to send insta360 product from India to Hongkong for repair? Can you let me know the Pickup process for the same?
