Recover video from a single 360 INSV file?

Is there a way to recover the partial 360 video from a single VID INSV file? Without the corresponding LRV file?

I have an Insta360 One R Twin. Recently, I (unsuccessfully) attempted my first use underwater. I dipped it in underwater for about 30 seconds. Unfortunately, water leaked in and the camera stopped working. I'm now talking with service for troubleshooting.

I'd like to recover the video if I can. I was able to get the files off my SD card. All my files are intact EXCEPT the one I was recording when I dipped my camera.

From the last video, I have one of the VID INSV files and no LRV file. The file is ignored by Insta360 Studio. VLC won't load it either.

I would love to be able to recover that video. Even though it is probably just one lens. Before I dipped the camera, there was about 10 minutes of footage of swallows flying around my camera.

Is there a way deal with partial 360 footage? To convert the file or extract video?
