How do I get a raw file into the desktop app?
This seems to be a pretty basic question, and in fact is so basic that the Insta 360 Studio 2020 tutorial skips right past it. I have an iphone and a One R. That part works fine, I can take videos, edit them on the phone, etc. But I'd like to edit them on my PC with Studio 2020. Exporting the 360 videos produces an mp4 with a 1280x640 frame. I checked the original on the phone and it's 5760x2880 (and a lot bigger) so obviously there's downgrading happening during the export.
I'm sure there's a simple, straightforward way to get the raw files from the phone (or camera directly) to the PC without losing all that detail, but it doesn't appear to be documented anywhere. Little help?
