Export fails, what’s wrong?

Hi there,

I just purchased the insta360 one R and the camera won't export any videos. Whenever I'm in either the Album or My Stories, every time I go to export the video so it is saved in my iPhone it goes all the way to completion at 100% but then says Export Failed. This happens no matter if the video is on the camera or saved locally to the insta360 One R app. What is the problem? Seems rather useless if I can't export the videos to use. Can someone please help? I've also tried in different resolutions and bitrate with the same result. My phone also has adequate storage with over 200GB .
