Overheating?

Hi there - I have a OneR and am using a Lexar 1800x v90 II memory card. My problem is it's overheating after 8-10 mins thus corrupting the file making it unreadable. My original microSD card was not able to write fast enough for the camera and would stop after 7-9 mins. After upgrading the card, the camera started the overheating issue.

Is anyone else having this issue? Is the memory card not compatible by chance?
