Anyone having success using Insta360 One R with Matterport (iOS)

Getting lots of disconnects and crashing the Matterport iOS app during "HDR" phase. Anyone had any luck getting it work?

Matterport's response is they don't support the camera but I've seen it work on the Android app Beta. On these forums, tech support said they are working on a that integration a couple months ago.
