File management and workflow

Hi,

I'm just trying to get some clarity on how the OneR manages video files. I'm seeing the attached from two videos on my camera. Can you explain why there seems to be two files for each video...AND what's the LRV vs. VID files?

I'd also like a workflow for getting files from camera into Final Cut Pro. If it needs to be exported from Insta360Studio first, what are the best settings?

Lastly, does anyone know if I can adjust the field of view for what will be the final output (as opposed to the viewer window) in Final Cut Pro? I can adjust in the viewer but I don't think that affects the final outputted video.
