One R keeps stopping video & giving dropped frames error

I am a fairly new Insta360 oneR user, having had the camera for a couple of months now.

I have run into the issue a few times now where I start taking a video, and a few seconds later I hear a beep and there's an error on the camera screen saying dropped frames and wanting me to confirm. The times this has happened I was using the controls on the camera, not the app.

I just had it happen again today. I wanted to do some 360 video of a trail I often walk, so started the video and walked for about 5 minutes, then when I got to a point I stopped the recording. When I went to continue on, it would not record for more than a couple of seconds before shutting off with the same error message, and I was unable to continue on with my 360 recordings. This is very frustrating as I had to walk back with less than half of what I wanted recorded done.

I only use Sandisk Extreme and Extreme pro cards, and I always format cards after I take files off them. When this happened before i swapped cards with a newly formatted one, when I turned the camera on it formatted the card again and all was good. This last time it did the same thing, formatted the card when I turned the camera on, let me do one 5 minute recording then started to error out again.

Before I open a support ticket I am wondering if others here have had this issue. A quick search showed that some have had it while recording 4K 60fps, but I was not doing this, I was recording 5K 360 video each time.

Thanks in advance.
