One R Usb mode not working

Usb mode is not working. Some times when I connect the camera with a usb cable it gives a mechanical noise and gliches. Notthing happens and only what I can do is remove battery. Tried sevaral times sevaral computers same result. I have correctly selected U-disc mode PC mode to PC mode and Usb mode to android. please help.
