Is a 360 2:1 export for VR viewing even possible FreeCapture mode?

Ive made a video in 360 using insta360EVO and Ive edited it in "FreeCapture" mode how I want the viewer to watch it in a VR headset.

Now I want to export this video so it can be viewed on a VR headset as a 360 video 2:1 (4000px x 2000px) but there appears to be no option for this. I can only export it 1:1, 9:16, 16:9, 4:3, 2.35:1 ratios giving a less than pleasing outcome.

However in the stadard "View" I can export what I want (4000px x 2000px) but unfortunately without the "FreeCapture" editing and all I end up with is a video that is constantly looking the wrong way and very uncomfortable to watch through a VR headset and well totally useless. The "FreeCapture edit lets me get the camera looking in the right direction using keyframes but I cant export the same ratio as in "View" mode? Any help appreciated.

The 180 vids work a treat in VR and I love this part about camera but I'm totally struggling with the 360 aspect of this software and its really getting me down and its starting to feel like Ive wasted my money on a product that only does half a job.
