One X Corrupt INSV file

Using Insta360 One X I recorded about 30 minutes of video. When I try to view the video the studio software does not seem to do anything. No errors. Looking in the logs I found below, it seems to say file may be corrupt. OTher shorter videos seem OK

How can this file be repaired so I can save my video?
