Insta360 update for rs type destroyed the work with one r

Dear group.

I do not know about all the older insta360 one r generation but I feel that after the company latest updates for the insta360 one rs totally destroyed any possibility to work with the one r.

I believe that others like me bought some spare batteries and cages , diving cases and other official and unofficial specially made to the one r type making it bad choice to invest in the new insta360 one rs generation , especially after I see the whole camera is dependent on software and insta360 updates ruined the insta360 one r.

One can't see battery Meter on camera making it impossible to know how much time one has on the camera and crushing the movie if ended by dead battery.

The battery Meter on the app is stuck on 100% no matter what.

The wifi connection end when I close my camera , then I have to factory restart it , and as the camera now does not have gyro on I have to get the camera out of the protection cage to be able to press english for a language and not other , pass all the tutorials, turn the gyro on and connect to my android that opens not one but two wifi connections (???...) , then to connect until the next time I close my camera.

Am I the only one that thinks that insta360 stopped caring about a slight older model and making our customer life hell ?

I mean I can't trust the insta360 camera anymore nor the customer support, I tried downgrading the camera version but all problems persists.

How are the rest of the insta360 one r users ?

No one complaining and we just have to be shoved the latest insta360 one rs version? What happens when the next version will take off?

Is no one taking responsibility for me and us customers that bought this camera with all modes and because the company wants to keep inventing new products leaves me and the rest of us with a defective product that is in fine condition but is ruined by the company software?

Isn't this illegal?
