insta360 one RS doesn't connect to pc

Hello good people

My one RS has issue while i connecting to my PC (Windows 10). So, after connecting and after few seconds (maybe around 15 second), the PC doesn't recognize the One RS, so it says the One RS has plugged out.

Please Help me
