Extract single frame 360 photo out of a 360 video?

Does anyone know how to extra a single frame of video to become a single frame 360photo?

When the image was taken, I had the video enabled when taking the shot, and own need to convert one of the frames to photo, I would have thought you could export a single frame of video to create a photo, (same as in 2D processing), but can it be done using 360 video footage? It should be possible in insta360 studio, but I cannot find the option, there are only two video extract options, nothing for a single frame.
