Photos and videos not visible in app

Hi

I had used my cam on 08.01.2023. Clicked few photos and videos. Connected it in insta one x app, photos clicked on 08.01.2023 was not visible. I have used lastly on 18.12.2022. Those photos were visible. Then self Uninstalled insta one x app and installed insta360 app. It asked me to update firmware v1.18.43. After update also I couldn't able to see those photos and videos. However storage of my SD Card is reduced. It means the photos and videos are still in the card.

Kindly resolve this issue.
