DJI Mic Receiver With Selfie Stick

Hi

New user here. Trying to get better audio by using my DJI Mic. I ordered the cold shoe mount but the mic will not fit into it. However, If I turn it sideways as per attached photo, the mic receiver is visible. However, as you can see, I’m using an eleastic band to hold the receiver. Kind of risky as it may fall off.

Wondering if anyone is aware of a better solution for attaching a DJI Mic receiver in a more secure manner that is also invisible.
