5.7k 30 fps vs 4k 60 fps

Hi,

What paramenter will be best 5.7k 30 fps or 4k 60 fps. I plane to record video of my flight on Cessna 152 and then "mix video" with 4K GoPro. I.e. in cockpit video will be from GoPro 4K 60k like HERE (there is a video). Insta360 X3 will be used as an external camera with special mount. I will edit in DaVinci Resolve Studi.

- 5.7K has best resolution but there is a little bit strobbing with movements.
- 4k 60fps has best fps and there is no strobbing but lower resolution :(

Any ideas? Maybe someone has an experience?
