Mic Issue on all Video Conferencing softwares

Hi, I just bought the Link AI webcam and love it but am experiencing a very detremental issue.

I do a lot of web conferencing using Goole Meet, Zoom, Teams, Butter (this is why I got this caerma) and I am having 2 issues.

Before I explain the issue it is important to understand my setup:

I run my Insta360 through my Windows Machine
With an audio Interface (Scarlette 2i2) that has my speakers and microphone plugged in.

The main issue that is universal to the software I am using (Google Meet, Teams, ect) is that I am getting an echo. I think this is because my Insta360 is picking up sound as well as my microphone. In the desired webconfrencing sfotare I have my sound preferece set to My Microphone (Shure Smb7) In my Insta360 Software I have my audio preference set to my micropohne as well (Shure SMB7). So I am not sure why it's on and picking anything up?!

The second issue is with Teams and it makes things even worse. In teams I have my preferences set as I stated above, where my prefered microphone set to Shure SMB7 BUT no one can hear me. If I unplug the Insta360 the issue goes away. So it must be the Insta360 overwriting my SMB7 preference and creating some kind of incompatabiity?

How do I turn sound off for the Insta360 (Please remmber I already have it off in the Insta360 app and set to my microphone in all my web confrenceing softwares).

And is anyone else having this issue?
