unrecognized usb device

I can't connect my one x3 to my pc using usb ...

When I plug in my one x3 it turns off after a few seconds and windows says "unrecognized usb device"

I'm on windows 10 thank you for your help

(I tried different computers, different usb ports and different cable's, nothing works...)
