Issue with Insta360 X3 during Video Recording

I am writing to inform you that I have been experiencing an issue with my Insta360 X3 camera during video recording. I am receiving an error message that states, "Recording Stopped. The recording was interrupted unexpectedly. The file has been saved (-10000)." This error occurs intermittently after recording a 30-second, 60-second, or 10-second video, but sometimes, it does not occur at all. When I encounter this error, I tried restarting the X3 camera, and sometimes the issue resolves, but at other times, it persists. I have had to restart the camera multiple times to fix it.

I have researched this issue, and it seems that it is often attributed to an incompatible SD card. However, I am using one of the recommended SD cards that are suitable for the X3 camera. While I am not entirely sure, I believe that this issue started to occur after the most recent software update.

I am reaching out to you to inquire if there is a solution to this problem or if there is anything I can do to prevent this error from occurring in the future. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide.
