X3 - Stuck on Loading when turned on.

Hi, I just recently purchase the x3 series, and unfortunately, it is stuck on the loading screen. That said, I tried to take out the battery and placing it back in, though it hasn't solved anything.

Is there any way that I can resolve this issue?
