Insta Studio v. the Insta 360 Premiere Pro Plugin

Hi all,

My new X3 just arrived!

For the past year, I've been making sailboat racing video shot on a Garmin VIRB 360, reframed in the VIRB software, then edited in Premiere.

I see that Insta has a Premiere Pro plugin for reframing clips. So my question is...

Is there an advantage to reframing in Insta Studio then exporting to PP for editing? Or is it better to reframe and edit in Premiere?
