Go3 problem

Just bought a go3. After fully charged, the camera itself only record video up to 30min long video 2.7k 30fps + 6min video then runs out of battery. Then, plug into action pod, and continue another 30min vidoe + another 15min video length then message said camera pod temperature too hot and stops recording and battery level left about 6%. I think i have bought a defect unit.
