Interval Photos --> Movie (How to create?)

I took a bunch of photos in interval mode on my insta360 camera with the goal of turning them into a timelapse video in post. I was told this was the best way to do what I wanted by a friend.

Now I have downloaded the interval files (a bunch of individual 360 photos) to my macbook pro and am trying to create a "timelapse" type video. I've looked at every youtube video I can find and I've even contacted insta360 directly. In the youtube videos everyone seems to be saying to use "starlapse" mode but that's not an option I see on my macbook app (Insta360 Studio 2023 4.8.0) or my iphone app (Insta360 ONEX) - starlapse isn't an option I can find; my options are very different from every youtube video I can find online. The support team at insta360 couldn't understand or help me. Felt like a language barrier at first, but mostly I think they understood what I wanted at the end of our 30min call, but just said sorry and hungup.

can anyone help me turn these interval photos into a video (kind of like a timelapse?). It's a mural painting and I unfortunately can't recreate the footage using another mode on the camera. Any help would be like GOLD to me at this point. MANY MANY thanks!!!

As far as editing software all I really have access to is the apple/macbook imovie. I mostly use apps to create videos on my iphone, but I do not know how to use adobe products or lightroom, etc. I downloaded the insta360 camera for my macbook (insta360 studio 2023 4.8.0) and that software doesn't appear to be video editing at all. For such a highly capable camera I couldn't be more confused, and I'm a mechanical engineer, lol
