Best workflow for PureShot photos?

We got the X3 for our work. I am trying to learn how best to use the X3 but it is not working our so well.

I go out on a job site and I take a bunch of photos. We want HDR PureShot 360's at max resolution.

In the end, the office people want to be able to open up a folder and have the files ready to view. They don't want to have to and wait for every file to: Generating PureShot 20%

What is the best workflow for this? Because the way I am doing it now seems WAY too cumbersome.
