X3 waterproof?

I guess I am just another frustrated client. Used the camera for a Kitesurfing session. Never under 1m water. Latches all checked for proper closing. The next day the camera would power on by itself all the time. The problem was only fixed (so far) after the battery drained out completely. However, on a second test, I put it in a bucket of water and after a few seconds it stops recording and shows an error message.
