Insta 360 one x not able to power on

my insta 360 is not powering on

so tried the scenario as given

Take out the battery and charge your ONE X by USB cable, then press the power button to check if it can be powered on;

if the camera cannot be turned on

but still its not powering on what should i do

it just show blue light blinking once while pressing power button and nothing shows after

Please help me what can i do
