How to join the multiple 29-minute clips to create a long 360 video?

Hi, as you all know, when recording long videos the X3 will record 29-minute segments. Putting aside the issue that it skips ~10 seconds in between segments (I think this is terrible, but let's leave that for another post), all I want to do is join these segments together so I can upload the full session as a single 360 video to YouTube.

Can anyone please help me with information on how to do this? Ideally I'd like to do this in the Insta360 Studio PC app, but if I have to do it with another app that's fine as well.

I am *NOT* going to spend more money to use Premiere, but I'm happy to use another tool such as HitFilm or DaVinci Resolve.
