Low Quality YouTube & Vimeo Uploads

Hi everyone! I am having such trouble uploading 360 videos. For some reason the quality is just so low - like unusable. I read online that it can take youtube some time to upload the higher res version, but it's only a 20 second video and I uploaded it last Friday, and it's still only showing as 1080 option, and it's soooo blurry! Any help would be greatly appreciated
