Charging one R while being weatherproof

Im looking to somehow hook my one r up to a battery bank and do long (all night) time lapse, but with the SD card door open, it is no longer weatherproof. Is there a case or cable that is available to do this? Im trying to phase out my Gopro (which can do this) but may have to continue using it if this isnt possible. Thanks!
