new camera set up

hiya guys,

wondering if someone can help. i baught a inta 360 one x, checked setup tutorial and followed examples.

problem is on the , photo setting, its saying " SCC and EXCP" and not letting me take a picture. i have a sandisk 32 card in and watched tutorials but i cant find an explanation for this. can anyone point me in the right direction please?
